Well, I guess you can't here on a website, but since all art is born out of imagination--just imagine! Imagination! What a wonderful word. It is the doorway into the unusual; fantasy, uniqueness and total freedom. Welcome to my imagination: art of Alternate Worlds and Mythical Creatures. My passion for deep, rich colors and patterns defines the look of m,y artwork. It is my abiding love of fantasy and whimsy that determines my theme choices. My customers tell me that my work hanging on their walls brings a feeling of pure innocent delight into their homes. For me, it is the joy of working with my hands through an intuitive process that gives me a sense of accomplishment. My process doesn't start with a plan, it starts with fluid paint, color harmonies, and texture and builds from there. My personal style comes from the decisions I constantly make along the way, fueled by the flow if imagination and freedom of discovery. Each unique work is in its own way a haven for me while I work. My goal is to continue to discover new materials and techniques and to engage my viewers in feeling the sense of discovery and beauty I have endeavored to create in each work.
